Who I am

This website is run by Zuzanna Lumanisha, trading as YouSpark Digital, Leeds, United Kingdom. I am responsible for the personal information described here.

What I collect

The site has no forms, accounts or newsletter sign-up. If you email me, message me on WhatsApp or contact me on LinkedIn, I receive the details you choose to share — usually your name, contact details and what your message is about.

Why I use it

I use your details only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps to enter into a contract at your request. I never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them. Project records are kept for as long as needed for the work, and for accounting and legal obligations.

Hosting, fonts and cookies

The site is hosted by Wix.com, which processes technical information (such as your IP address and browser details) to deliver and secure the site, and may use cookies that are needed for this. See Wix’s privacy policy.

The site loads the Poppins font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. See Google’s privacy policy.

I don’t use advertising or tracking cookies of my own.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Email me and I’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
